Whilst attending The Wellness Summit in Melbourne we came across Kitz Living Foods through the fabulous team at Sunnybrook Gluten Free Store in Melbourne.
We tried their Coconut Dream Lime Sublime and it really was sublime!
Here’s their story:
At Kitz Living Foods, we take fabulous ingredients – high quality fruits, seeds and nuts – and carefully blend them with select herbs, raw cacao and other delectables, to produce 36+ delicious products for the healthy eater.
All of our products are activated and low-temperature dehydrated, to meet your high standards. We specialise in making crackers, activated nuts, granolas and snack bars – all raw, vegan, and gluten and dairy-free. Healthy snacks with real ingredients and real flavour. Our products are dehydrated at 47 ºC or less to maintain their optimal nutrition and keep beneficial enzymes alive.
Each and every Kitz product is made by hand, lovingly crafted by our dedicated staff of angels here in Tweed Heads, NSW.
Begun in the corner of the family kitchen 6 years ago and now in a dedicated commercial kitchen with a staff of 12, we love making healthy food for you and your family!
We’ve got a bunch of Kitz Living Foods goodies in our Ultimate Sugar Free Prize Pack including the Coconut Dream, activated almonds and the most delicious and nutritious crackers we’ve ever had.

When you become sugar and fructose free you say goodbye to shop bought cakes and biscuits.
You really have to develop your own cooking skills to feed yourself, friends and family delicious wholesome food and The Sugar Breakup is here to support you on that journey. So many of you are gluten-free as well as sugar-free so we’re thrilled to have discovered Melinda’s new fructose free range. Many of you will know and love Melinda’s Gluten-Free Goodies so we just had to include her in our Facebook competition. Here is Melinda’s story:
Hi, I’m Melinda Trembath, the creator of Melinda’s Gluten Free Goodies. I’ve been a Coeliac for over 18 years which led me to the start of my business, Melinda’s Gluten Free Goodies, in 2005.
I decided to quit fructose three and a half years ago after reading Sweet Poison and wanting to shift some extra weight which I accumulated after having my three gorgeous children within four years & running a cake business!
Surprisingly I lost over 28kg (4 dress sizes) within 18 months and overall became much healthier. I’ve successfully maintained this weight since that time.
I developed a range of gluten free and fructose free sweeties for our family to enjoy and then became passionate about offering the same to our customers.
It took three years to convince the retailers to range these products so we are rapt and hope they sell so well that we can offer more of our range.
Melinda’s Gluten Free Goodies is Australia’s leading gluten free gourmet food company and is thrilled to now offer two 99.7% Fructose Free Cake Mixes.
The Raspberry Coconut Cupcakes and Blueberry Lemon Cupcakes are perfect for those choosing to avoid fructose in their diet along with offering a healthy choice for lunchboxes, kids parties and entertaining.
So enter our Facebook competition because this is just one of the amazing prizes in our Ultimate Sugar Free prize pack.
(please note: our Facebook competition finishes on Tuesday November 5.)
OK. You love your morning muesli. But you also want to cut down on sugar. Right. Mission to find a sugar-free muesli that tastes great. Shouldn’t be hard these days surely?
That’s what inspired Emma Dumas to produce The Muesli.
“I was surprised. Muesli was supposed to be the healthy breakfast. So many are loaded with sugar. If it’s not honey, it’s fruit juice or dried fruit which is basically concentrated sugar, primarily fructose.”
The Muesli is proudly fructose free. In fact, filled with only natural, raw ingredients, it’s 97% sugar free. If you’re into looking after yourself, improving your fitness or losing weight, The Muesli is the healthy start you’re looking for. After all, you don’t want to undo all that good work with your morning walk/jog/run?
