  • Oven temperature: 170C (fan forced 150C)

Ingredients
140g softened unsalted butter
1 teaspoon coconut essence
1 cup The Sugar Breakup Dextrose
2 large eggs (we used 55g to 60g eggs at room temperature)

Coconut Ice Cream – yes please!

Pick up an ice cream churner and you will soon discover that ice cream is incredibly easy to make, requires very few ingredients and definitely doesn’t need all those additives you see on the side of the tub.
