This week, Julia had a real yearning for a chocolate éclair. Nowadays it’s really hard to find a decent chocolate éclair that has the crispy shell, dark chocolate and fresh, FRESH! cream. Here’s the results from this mornings test kitchen with the chocolate still runny. Needless to say it ended up in our tummies pretty soon after this photo was taken. Absolutely delicious!
