“Another scorching summer is upon us and keeping cool is key. Stay cool and refreshed with just three ingredients.”
- Serves: 2
- Freeze Time: 4 hours
80ml coconut milk
200g of frozen mango (or any frozen fruit)
1 tablespoon The Sugar Breakup Organic Golden Rice Malt Syrup
Putting it together
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender/food processor/Thermomix and process/blend until smooth.
- Pour into a container suitable or the freezer and freeze for 4 hours.
- Before serving, remove frozen sorbet from container and blend/process again to form a smooth whip.
