Getting your bake-on with Melinda’s Gluten Free Goodies

melindaWhen picking partners for our ‘Get Your Bake-on’ prize packs we really wanted products that we knew you would love and enjoy using in your kitchen.

Melinda’s Gluten Free Self Raising Flour is a pantry staple that you can use in so many ways, it was a must for our prize packs.

If you haven’t heard Melinda’s story, here’s how Melinda became gluten and fructose free:

Hi, I’m Melinda Trembath, the creator of Melinda’s Gluten Free Goodies. I’ve been a Coeliac for over 18 years which led me to the start of my business, Melinda’s Gluten Free Goodies, in 2005.

I decided to quit fructose four years ago after reading Sweet Poison and wanting to shift some extra weight which I accumulated after having my three gorgeous children within four years & running a cake business!

Surprisingly I lost over 28kg (4 dress sizes) within 18 months and overall became much healthier. I’ve successfully maintained this weight since that time.

I developed a range of gluten free and fructose free sweeties for our family to enjoy and then became passionate about offering the same to our customers.
